The Research And Education Consider On The Awareness Of Civic Responsibility Of Youth

The awareness of civic responsibility is the legal and moral activity of self-conscious cognition, which is conferred by citizenship and adapts to engage in some activities with it, and also completes certain tasks and assumes the corresponding consequences. It is one of the basic civic awareness that are emphasized in modern society. Enhancing young people's awareness of civic responsibility is not only their own development needs, but also is the new century calls for sustainable human development. Through analysing the 1631 questionnaire survey and interview, this paper obtains the status quo of awareness of civic responsibility among young people: (1)the awareness of civic responsibility of young people exists gender differences, and the awareness of civic responsibility of girls' is higher than boys'; (2)the awareness of civic responsibility of young people exists remarkable differences among grades, and the first-year students of high school is the highest level of awareness of civic responsibility; (3)young students from urban and rural exists remarkable differences, the awareness of civic responsibility of urban students is higher than rural students'; (4)the awareness of civic responsibility of young people among schools exists remarkable differences; (5)the awareness of civic responsibility of young people among majors doesn't exist remarkable differences.The education of awareness of civic responsibility of young people is a systematic project, and it needs the close cooperation of schools, families and society, but what's most important is to strengthen the education of awareness of civic responsibility. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper puts up related education research, the sense of civic responsibility among young people in education countermeasures and suggestions:(1) To build a multi-dimensional target of young people's civic responsibility awareness scientificly. The multi-dimensional target of young people's civic responsibility awareness consists of Goal of the longitudinal phase, Horizontal objectives, the level of responsibility for the quality of the formation of the target and as well as the crossing multi-disciplinary and multi-field goal of the composition.(2) To choose the young people's civic responsibility awareness teaching content reasonablely. Establishing the general contents with the awareness of accretion, harmony and crisis. And establishing the specific contents with self-responsibility, family responsibility, responsibility to others, the collective sense of responsibility, social responsibility and the world responsibility.(3) To follow the basic principles of civic responsibility awareness teaching stickly. The young people's civic responsibility awareness teaching should follow the principle of gradual and orderly manner, focusing on student experience, respecting students, and work closely with parents and the community.(4) To explore take effective measures in civic responsibility awareness education actively. Educational measures of young people's civic responsibility awareness are as following aspects: establishing the responsibility-based moral education, building perfect campus cultural responsibility, increasing opportunities for young students' experiences of role, guiding the young students the concept of service learning, providing young students the opportunity of social practice.
