The new teacher is a starting point of the professional career development of the teacher, which is a crucial stage of the new teachers. The new teachers will reach the conversion from the good college students to the qualified teachers in a relatively limited period, which will affect the specialty development model in their future career.This paper starts from the current status of the primary and secondary school teachers at home and abroad, the research and analysis in recent years, and research the content, models, methods, results and problems in the primary and secondary school teachers education in China. The key problem of this study is that how the status of the new teachers of primary and secondary education in China is,how to make the best of modern educational technology theory and method to guide inductive teacher education?What their educational model are, what the problem in the process of education acceptance of these new teachers is encountered, through which kind of efforts the new teachers will adapt the new school environment.This study used a qualitative research method, that conducts a in-depth interview with more than 55 teachers in 15 primary and secondary schools, including new teachers, the backbone teachers, the school managers, and the teacher training and management department in Guangzhou, and goes into the scene of the training courses, including the content and mode, the experience and needs of training process, the promotion to the induction by the use of modern educational technology. The author selects the typical object from the above four roles as the role of experience and perspective for adopting a different perspective to analysis the status, problems and implementation strategy through multi-angle, multi-level in teachers education.Based on in-depth data analysis, this study summarizes the characteristic and the problem of our new teachers in primary and secondary education, and gives a recommendation to construct the new form and content of the new.
