Since the birth of Instructional design in 1960s, it has been one of the hot issues of educational research, which are a growing number of researchers attention. Teachers in instructional design is an important part of teaching, and plays a leading role in teaching activities. Instructional design of a direct impact on the success of the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities and controllable.In this paper, the main use of literature and survey research methods, such as. First of all, on foreign and domestic on the instructional design, instructional design models, instructional design development stage of the research results are reviewed, and then the new curriculum for teaching high school mathematics designed the status quo, the issue of and deep-seated causes of the investigation, analysis.In the analysis of the instructional design, instructional design model based on the choice of the learning theory, teaching theory, system theory and communication theory as the theoretical basis for this paper.Combination of questionnaires, interviews, information on China's high school mathematics of the new curriculum to analyze the status quo, review, as a research starting point to study high school mathematics teaching in the design of new courses and the law of the general. Come to the following conclusions: (1 ) The study of instructional design on Mathematics is based on teaching and learning theory, analysis of the use of systematic approach to teaching objectives and teaching tasks, analysis of actual students, analysis of teaching and learning environment and resources, to identify the teaching objectives, select teaching methods, teaching ideas and design processes (including the arrangement of teaching procedures, teaching methods, the combination of the determination of the organizational form of teaching, teaching the use of the media), as well as teaching strategies to solve the program, pilot programs, evaluation results and revise the pilot program process. Its purpose is to improve the teaching and learning performance, and optimize the teaching process. (2) the process of mathematical model of instructional design is a brief description of the basic process, including an analysis of teaching tasks, to identify the teaching objectives; to determine the starting point for student status (student original level of knowledge, skills and learning motivation, status, etc.); Analysis of student status from the starting point for the transition to the end of the state of knowledge and skills to be acquired, etc.; to achieve the desired goals, select appropriate teaching content; the development of teaching strategies and choice of teaching media; to check the teaching objectives, evaluation of teachers and students acquisition. Instructional design process consists of four important factors: the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching strategies and evaluation of instructional media and teaching. (3) instructional design of high school mathematics of the new curriculum are many changes than the traditional instructional design. The concept of the new curriculum emphasized the need for students to develop as the center, attention to student's performance in the classroom, the instructional design should be guided by the concept of the new curriculum, teaching content, analysis of students and teachers in areas such as teaching style considered. (4 ) initiated by the new curriculum instructional design model of high school mathematics should be a combination of teaching and learning. Instructional design can be divided into the whole process of five stages: the front-end instructional design analysis stage, the preparation of teaching objectives, teaching design, teaching strategies designed to choose and design stages and the results of the evaluation phase of instructional design.Finally, in accordance with the research of the instructional design of high school mathematics, there are some enlightenment as follows: to strengthen the training courses of instructional design of high school mathematics; through a multi-class, outstanding teachers to observe the classroom, collective classes, teaching and research experience or guidance to individual teachers instructional design methods to improve the capacity of teachers; enhance the use of multimedia, as well as group learning and other new forms of training in teaching methods...
