Research About The Application Status Of Network Resources Warehouse And Strateies Of Modern Distance Education In Primary And Secondary Schools(MDEPSS)

Modern distance education project in rural primary and secondary schools(hereinafter referred to as MDEPRPSS) is one aspect of Information of rural education,is also an important measure of implementating the Information of rural education.MDEPRPSS has made significant achievements during the five years of construction and the process of preliminary application,With it is away from the construction period into full application period, the application of its resources and the output of application benefit will be increasingly becoming the focus attention,and the resources application is the key aspect of the application benefit output,at the same time, the problem exists in the resources application is more worth for us to go to conduct in-depth study and exploration.In particular, the application status of the network resource database of MDEPRPSS. To this end,the author surveyed the application status of network resources at models three schools of MDEPRPSS in Linxia county of Gansu province through questionnaires, interviews, research methods, and conducted a long-term field observations through field research methods on the part of schools,learned the resources application frequency, direction and manner,which based on literature study.From which the author summed up the application experience and problems which existet in its application process, made attribution analysis to the existence issues and proposed strategies for solving problems.The author took the LinXia county of GanSu province as an example, through carrying out more in-depth investigation and analyzing of the application of network resources in this county in order to inspire the network resources applications and give a little enlightenment to the western region which has the same characteristics from LinXia county. This subject chose the status of network resource application as a research sample for two reasons,the one is the application of Teaching CD-ROM resources and satellite IP resources has achieved remarkable results,and existing studies have analysed their problems in the application,proposed solutions to the problems;the second is the application of network resources have a higher demand to the applications places,the ability of application main body and so on.Under the existing conditions of Rural schools, the problems existed in the network resources application is more worthy of our concern, At the same time, existing studies is lack of the research about application of network resource database. So the research subjects not only has some innovation, but also has some inspiration to solve the problems existed in network resource database applications.This thesis is mainly divided into five chapters, as follows:The first chapter expounded the research background, research status, research content, purpose and significance, research train of thought and methods.Chapter II, surveyed the application status of network resources at models three schools of MDEPRPSS in LinXia county of GanSu province through questionnaires, interviews, research methods, and analysed the application status of network resources,From which the author summed up the application experience and problems which existed in its application process,Chapter III, at the basis of the analysis the application status, combined with field observations on the network resource database applications to make attribution analysis.Chapter IV, put forward the strategy to promote the application of network resources based on attribution analysis.Chapter V is about the summary of the entire research work and the conclusion of the study.In this part,the author pointed out the shortcomings and the direction which can be studied further.
