The implementation of the modern distance education project of country elementary and middle schools speed up China's rural basic education of information technology infrastructure, especially in the central and western areas, that the high quality resources can be transfered to the vast number of rural schools by the three modes. The extensive and in-depth applications of Education resources in rural elementary and middle schools, is bound to promote the teaching and learning environment and the diversity of teaching methods; teacher is bound to change the teaching concept, enrich the teaching contents , expand teaching methods and reform the teaching mode, so that teacher's role will gradually transform from the knowledge teacher to the learning guide for students and the organizers of teaching; the students'interest is bound to increase, further change their approach to learning, so that children's vision from the mountains, grasslands, fields extend across the motherland , children can feel the atmosphere of modern civilization, and share the fruits of modern information technology .In this paper, the author choose the modern distance education in rural primary and secondary project schools——X Center School in Xinjiang Miquan for the study. Modern distance education resources for the application of this has just started, the author made teachers to understand how to use IP resources through seminars and individual guidance, and try to apply into the teaching, through classroom observation and action research method, observe the teacher's change in teaching. According to the case from teaching, the author generated and summarized the role of the IP resources in every aspect of teaching, as well as the teaching application modes.The first part of this article explains the background to the study, the definition of core concepts, literature review, research purpose and significance of the content, methods and ideas.The second part provides theoretical basis for the application of modern distance education resources, including theory of integration information technology into the curriculum, theory of constructivism.The third part describes action research process of application of the Distance Education IP resources in project school: including application situation and issues of the Distance Education IP resources in the project school and develop action programs, as well as the implementation of actions.The fourth part summarizes the results of action research: Application of IP resources in all aspect of teaching and Case; and sum up teaching application modes and case of Distance Education IP resources based on characteristics of subjects.The fifth part propose a solution to implement the application of IP resources.
