Kinnosuke Ogura is a famous Japanese mathematican and mathematic educator. His mathematic educational thoughts played an important role in the development of mathematics education in Japan in the first part of the twentieth century, which also had a profound impact on Chinese. Kinnosuke Ogura inherited Pelly and Klein's point of view, advocating the teaching of synthetic math. He believes that function should become the core of mathematics teaching.This paper makes a comprehensive summary of Kinnosuke Ogura's thoughts of mathematics education, meantime, it also makes some introduction about the history of how Kinnosuke Ogura's idea of introduced into China. This paper focuses mainly discuss the effect that Kinnosuke Ogura's mathematic educational thoughts on our country.Chapter one focuses on Kinnosuke Ogura's idea of mathematics education. Based on Kinnosuke Ogura's book"The Fundamental Problem of arithmetic education"this paper particularly introduces his thoughts of mathematic education.Chapter two: the impact of Kinnosuke Ogura's mathematical educational thoughts on China. Liu Yiheng and Chen Jiangong inherited Kinnosuke Ogura's idea of mathematic education. They made great contributions to the development of China's mathematic education. The influence of Kinnosuke Ogura's on China is also reflected in the core position of the function in middle school's teaching, the popularity of function diagrams and the development of spirit in synthetic math.Chapter three: the inheritance and development of Kinnosuke Ogura's thoughts of mathematic education. Heng Diqing, the student of Kinnosuke Ogura, inherited Kinnosuke Ogura's idea, who has widely communication in learning with Chinese mathematic educators Ma Zhonglin, Zhong Shanji ,Li Di and so on. The associations are held many times, which has made an important contribution to the China.The development and communication of mathematic education affect and promote mutually. Firstly, this paper introduces the development trends of mathematic education in the world. Secondly, discuss the necessity of the communication of Mathematics Education modernization. Finally, put forward some views on the issues that should pay attention to for exchanges.
