This paper studies the theoretical and practical aspects of the chemical teaching design of middle school based on new course ideas.The new course reform is the implementation of a profound transformation in basic education in our country. New ideas, new materials, and new evaluation system have a strong impact on the existing school education system. Among them, the classroom teaching is the main positions in curriculum reform. Classroom activity is a system activity, which is specially organized and seeks to interactive activity between teachers and students, aiming at achieving the goal of studying subject. It has strict procedures and careful design, which is instructional design. We design to be teaching the latest ideas and subject knowledge of chemical to form a chemical personalized design philosophy of teaching with higher value in today's chemistry classroom teaching reform .Because the new curriculum reform in Inner Mongolia has not yet in full swing, I am mainly working on the teaching of existing fusion inquiry, cooperation, and self-learning design with the new concept of curriculum.Through the methodology of researches, interviews and questionnaires, this paperanalyzes the present situation of High School Chemistry teaching under such reform. Itdesigns four classroom teaching cases with the new curriculum, After the course designing, interviews and statistics analyses, the author finds much achievements have been made in the High School Chemistry teaching since the new coursereform. Students have improved their scientific qualification and learning results throughautomatic learning strategies and ability training. It also points out the problems in thechemistry teaching and analyzes their causes and proposes the improvement measures.
