| This study adopts case study method, choosing a good child-care worker as the research object, trying to refine and summarize the basic characteristics on the basis of deep description about the practice, and explore the possible ideas that behind her behavior. At the same time, probe the possible elements that influence the practice, then come up with suggesstion that improve the child-care work.Researchers used many cases and interview records to make a deep description about the practice of the child-care worker, Which aimed at expressing the work situation clearly, exactly and concretely. The features were summarized as follow: First, the operation of the child-care worker is scientific and standardized; Second, the child-care worker focused on the development of children, grasping every chance of education in children’s daily life; Third, she tried her best to assist the teacher in class work. These features were reflected in different aspects of child-care.From two angles of individual nature and environment, the researcher analyzed the factors which influenced the practice of child-care. Graveness, responsibility, curiousness, good contacts, were the personal traits of the researching object, also the core elements that dominanted the work. Family and the kindergarten were the major environmental elements. Family provided the support of both spirit and substance, while the kindergarten gived her the necessary guidance and help in the professional development.Finally, the researcher made suggestions from optimizing the child-care concept, improving the child-care worker’s professional knowledge and skills and setting up the complete evaluating quality system, which provided the necessary external supports. |
