Teacher's language violence refers to the speech behavior that teachers adopt uncivilized languages to students such as laughing, scorning, mocking, insulting and threatening and so on which makes the students react abnormally. In classes, quite a lot of teachers criticize students by using insulting words which seriously hurt students and ruin normal teacher-student relationship. Therefore, students who are mentally hurt choose to skip classes or even escape from schools .Other students also fear to see such teachers. Thus, this kind of teacher-student relationship greatly undermines normal teaching order and leads education astray. This paper focuses on analyzing when and how teacher's language violence affects teacher-student relationship as well as the degree and features of such effect. Moreover, the author tends to explore strategies to beautify teacher's language in order to make theoretical study to strengthen teacher-student relationship and contribute to forming a harmonious relationship between them.The preface of this paper mainly introduce the magnificence of the subject, the present situation of the research on this field, the definition of some key words, the methodology adopted and the innovation of this research. In general, the body of this paper is classified into six parts: 1. Introduction to the object of this research, including the basic information of school, class, students. 2. Introduction to different types of teacher's language violence. These three types are the main representatives of material. 3. Priority is given to analyzing the effects of teacher's language violence to teacher-student relationship. This is further divided into five parts: First, the effect of language violence to the cognitive assessment between teachers and students; Secondly, the effect of language violence to teacher-student emotional communication; Thirdly, the effect of language violence to teacher-student behavior; Fourth, the effect of language violence to teacher-student status; Fifth, the effect of language violence to educational effect. 4. The deep root of the using language violence including factors involving students, teachers, systems and school managements and so on. 5. So as to improve teacher's language and construct harmonious relationship between teachers and students, strategies and advice are put forward to avoid and abandon teacher's language violence. 6. The overall reflection of this paper.
