With continuous economic and social development, there is an increasingly urgent demand for knowledge. Countries all over the world have proposed one after another to establish life-long education system and put it into practice. Among major developed countries, life-long education has been developing for nearly 100 years. Community education, which originates from the "public college" built in 1844,Denmerk, is a very important form for building life-long education systems.Due to historical, economic, social and many other reasons, China's life-long education initiated relatively late. And the proposed and development of community education also followed the proposed of the goal of building a national life-long education system. Within only a couple of years .Hunan , as a less developed inland province, initiated its construction of community education later than those developed provinces along china seas .At present ,Hunan's community education just lies in the stage of constructing and exploring.Yuelu district of Changsha city, as an"Experimental Base of National Community Education",is a model for other cities inside and even outside Hunan Province in theory and in practice of community education. It is very important to research and explore a mode for developing community education in accordance with the reality of Yuelu District .such research and exploration will make the community education of Yuelu District develop in a better way and instruct other areas of Hunan Province to build a mode, which is suitable for their own realities respectively ,for building community education.I try to start my research through both evidential research and standard analysis. In order to get some theoretical instructions and experimental inspiration ,the beginning of this thesis gives a brief introduction ti the situation as well as the basic theory and main mode of the development of community education in countries all over the word. And then, in order to get a breakthrough from the essence foe finding a mode which is fitable to reality of Yulu District and has its own characteristics to develop its community education, the thesis analyses the current situation of the development of community education in Yulu District, probes its achievements, and summarizes the problems as well as the reasons of such problems. After that, by putting the New XianJia Village as a representative community, the thesis further improves the reality and rationality of the above research and analysis from the angle of evidential research .On the other hand, I also try to find some characteristic cases indicating some methods of development .so that we can prepare to built a mode of community education as a whole in Yuelu District. At last, I put forward my idea that Yulu District should take the mode of"District and School Build Together"to develop community education. And I further state my reasons of doing so. In this thesis, I bring forword my suggestion and opinions of how to build community education by taking the mode of"District and School Build Together".
