Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Community Air Volleyball In Yuelu District Of Changsha City

With the steady growth of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people begin to focus more and more on the "health" of individuals.The introduction of the outline of the National Fitness Program requires the society to actively develop mass sports activities and strengthen the physique of the people of the whole country.At the same time,air volleyball matches people's sports needs with its unique characteristics of collectivity,entertainment,interest,fitness and practicality,and takes the community as the "soil" and relies on the simple,popularization and popularization functions of the community.The combination has formed community sports activities in line with the characteristics of the new era,which is not only a call to improve the physical health of all the people required by the state,but also to meet the needs of community residents in sports.It is of great benefit to the development of their physical and mental health,social adaptation and so on.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview and other research methods,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of community air volleyball activities in Yuelu District.the results are as follows: 1.the research results are as follows: 1.the present situation of community air volleyball activities in Yuelu District is investigated and analyzed.The community gas volleyball participants in Yuelu District are mainly male in sex and middle-aged in age.2.This paper studies the motivation factors of residents' participation in air volleyball,and finds that it is mainly based on the residents' personal love of sports.3.The factors that affect the development of air volleyball in Yuelu District mainly include eight aspects,namely,the cognitive degree of the main body,the actualdemand,the venue and equipment,the human environment,the facilities and conditions,the intensity of support,the restriction of funds and the external propaganda.In view of the above problems,the following development countermeasures are put forward: 1.First of all,it is necessary to coordinate the contradiction between the growing diversification of the community masses,multi-level sports demand and the effective supply of sports;2.Improve the public service system,improve the level of sports socialization,establish a system and mechanism suitable for the development of community air volleyball;3.Adhere to the "people-oriented" starting point,serve the community population.Under the planned,organized and systematic macro guidance of government departments,improve the community management mechanism;4.Give full play to the unique advantages of field equipment,promote and popularize air volleyball;5.Improve the community sports security system,strengthen community sports related legislation,improve the community service system.
