Study On Innovative Talents Cultivation Of Quality Education In Medical Colleges Of Chongqing

The full implementation of the quality education is the fundamental strategic measure to improve the quality of talents cultivation. The higher medical talents of China in the 21st century, should not only acquire complete knowledge structure and sophisticated medical technology, a sound personality and lofty medical ethics, but also should have the mental qualities to deal with the challenges and the perseverance to overcome the medical difficulties, what's more, the spirit of innovation and creativity. To meet the change that the development of medical science brought to medical education and to adapt to the changes in the medical model, we started from theories of quality education and innovative talents cultivation at home and abroad, and took quality education and innovative talents cultivation of medical colleges in Chongqing as the research subject with the methods of literature research, expert interviews, questionnaire survey and hierarchy process analysis, and combined with the actual situation in medical colleges of our city; the main factors were analyzed, at the same time, the measures and means for medical innovative talents cultivation were systematically and comprehensively studied. The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is a basic understanding of the college students'quality education. The basic connotation of quality and quality education was defined, the main content of quality education for college students was pointed out, and the characteristics of its era and value orientation were analyzed, which has laid a theoretical basis for further research.The second part is exploration of relevant theory about innovative talents cultivation. The basic concept of innovation and innovative talents was analyzed, and the basic characteristics of innovative talents should acquire are: broad and expertise in cultural knowledge, good creative thinking, advanced awareness of innovation and the capacity to solve practical problems. The internal relation between the innovative talents cultivation and the implementation of quality education was analyzed. And the author believed that innovation is the reflection of comprehensive quality education and the quality education provides the premise and foundation for innovative talents cultivation.The third part is the study on the influenced factors of the innovative talents in the medical colleges in Chongqing. The main factors that influenced the cultivation of innovative medical talents were summed up through two rounds of expert consultation by hierarchy process analysis and the establishment of"evaluation index system influenced the medical innovative talents " from five aspects, such as the educational philosophy, management system, students'quality, teachers'quality, and the environmental construction. Experts believe that of the factors involved in innovative talents cultivation, to strengthen environment construction, especially the construction of the policy environment is the most important, other aspects including the establishment of the evaluation system and curriculum system that are conducive to innovations, the improvement of the students'innovation quality and optimization of the teachers ability structure and knowledge structure is also very important, which is currently the weakest link and needs to strengthen.The fourth part is an effective way for innovative talents cultivation in quality education in medical colleges of Chongqing. A series of strategies and suggestion were put forwards on the innovative talent cultivation in quality education from the levels of environment construction, faculty construction, institution construction and concept construction with expert consultation as the direct results and the requirements of the times and the actual development of higher medical education. This paper provides a useful reference and a basis to the further improvement of the teaching reform of medical education in our city, the quality education and innovative education to all rounds as well as continuously improves the quality of medical talents cultivation.
