In 1st, April, 2001, the confirmation of Teachers Qualification System was carried out by Chinese government for the first time and entered into the functional stage. It marked the peak of the teachers profess ionization in colleges and universities with the following reasons. To begin with, based on the southeast costal-line developed areas and the radiation belt of big cities, the construction of teachers profess ionization was carried out and got fruitful results in these areas. Meanwhile, the western national areas also began to follow suit. However, both the distribution and occupation of teaching resources in such areas could not catch up with the developed areas for lacking of developing reasons. Secondly, due to the differences in such areas as training target, training level, training models, specialty placement between higher vocational colleges and colleges or universities, the standards of teachers profess ionization in such special colleges will be quite different from the common ones. Thirdly, even though in national areas of one province, there are also some discrepancies and imbalances in location advantages, instructional scales, teachers resources and employment orientation of various higher vocational colleges. Fourthly , in China, research on the teachers profess ionization in primary schools and middle schools are relatively enough but such research is not enough for teachers profess ionization in colleges. In the meantime, research on teacher profess ionization in higher vocational colleges once again is less than in colleges. Therefore, there are a variety of follow-up problems of colleges teachers profess ionization in national areas, and they are serious obstacles right now. Mainly focuses on the current situation, features and the existing issues of teachers profess ionization in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi, the paper aims at finding out the solution to the development of teachers profess ionization in higher vocational colleges in national areas.
