At the background of mass education in China, taking the education evaluation theory as guideline, basing on the educational survey principle and using the educational statistic method, this paper empirically studies on the quality of admitted students in many universities.At the beginning, the paper analyzes the weight about the quality of admitted students in many university rankings, and then reveals the revelation between the university's quality of admitted students and the university rankings. After normalizing the data, the paper constructs an objective model evaluating the quality of admitted students. Then, according to the real enrollment data of universities in previous years, the article analyzes the quality of admitted students horizontally and longitudinally. Through using the statistical method of variance analysis, the paper empirically analyzes these factors influencing the quality of admitted students. The result strongly demonstrates that there is a considerable degree of regional differences under the current college entrance system in China. On the hot issues, the thesis does some research and discussion. Moreover, the article displays the statistical data graphically. It is innovative to adopt countour lines and vertical drop lines in the diagram. The graph helps administrators in mastering the overall situation of admitted students' quality, in directly guiding the propaganda work and policy formulation in college enrollment, in supporting decision-making college enrollment plans and policy. Also the graph helps these candidates and their parents in learning more about college admission scores in the previous year, and supporting in making out the application for college entrance. Finally, in order to have a better understanding in the quality of admitted students for the community, using ASP.NET and database technology, the article publishes these evaluation results on line.The statistical analysis on the enrollment data of universities shows that the result is accurate, reliable, intuitive and feasible. The method is not only applicable to compare same college from time to time longitudinally, but also to compare different colleges in the same time horizontally. The comparison has some theoretical value and reality of positive significance in understanding and mastering the past, the present situation and future development trend, and also in understanding the location of college in the country.
