| Based on the rich materials from fieldwork, this paper examines the culture change of Zhujiayu in modern times especially since the Republic of China by using the pattern of "the multi-centered structure of power in village". The examination of the culture change in this paper is realized by showing the interaction of power centers.As a village whose inhabitants are of many names and begin to migrate to this village since Ming Dynasty, Zhujiayu has undergone tremendous changes in modern times. After the official representatives of state power appeared in the village, the interaction of the state power center with the second-grade power center was very significant. Because the state power center played a dominant role in the course of this interaction, the trend of village culture to a large extent depended on the measures it took against the second-grade power center. The support and transformation to the educational power center made the educational institutions embody the will of the state and the spirit of the times step by step and play a central role in cultural transmission in the villages. The suppression and destruction to the old power center delivered a heavy blow to the old power center and made it die out or be latent temporarily. After reform and opening-up, it reflected on and adjusted its own way of village management, which led to changes of the second-grade power center. The recovery of the Power Center of Clan to a certain extent played a role in maintaining the rules of the country. The rural Elites played an important role in the process of the inheritance of traditional culture and introduction of new culture. Changes of the villages are mainly caused by the external environment. For Zhujiayu which is relatively open, this effect is even more significant. In modern times, being near Jinan which is a commercial port, Violating A Ban To Migrate Into the Northeast and Zhujiayu'market are three Influencing factors with particularity.
