Research On Cultivating Newly Professional Farmers Of Zhangqiu

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the vast majority of the rural labor force quality has been transferred to the secondary and tertiary industries.Thus,the problem can be evidently seen that the rural labor force has been reduced to the groups of the aged as well as the young.Besides,agriculture has become the unimportant industry,leading to the fact that no one intends to focus on agriculture.As a consequence,improving the overall quality of farmers as well as cultivating new career from the central to local issues attracts nationwide attention.Zhangqiu,as the model of cultivating new occupation demonstration cities of Shandong Province,the task of cultivating new farmers is urgent.This essay is on the basis of the full study of cultivating new farmers at home and abroad.It is based on the practical situation of agriculture in Zhangqiu,learning a lot from the successful domestic and foreign experience of cultivating new farmers.The essay gives proposals to build new Zhangqiu vocational training system for farmers.This article consists of seven sections:The first chapter is the introduction,including research background,significance,research status at home and abroad and research methods and technical route.The second chapter introduces the concepts and basic theory of new occupation farmers and farmers cultivate new career system.The third chapter analyzes the survey of farmers cultivating new occupational status in Zhangqiu and existing problems.The fourth chapter analyzes factors that have an effect on the cultivating of Zhangqiu farmers.The fifth chapter analyzes and summarizes the enlightenment experience new career cultivating farmers at home and abroad.The sixth chapter focuses on proposing building the complete new system of cultivating new farmers in Zhangqiu.The last chapter talks about the findings and limitations of this article.
