The contemporary society which speeds up unceasingly in the economic globalization and the education informationization advancement, human's learning capability and innovation ability has already become the key aspect to promote the self-competitive power, but understanding ability is the foundation and the premise of study and the innovation ability, to enhance student's comprehension faculty becomes the one of teaching core goals. The network study has become the main way which lifelong studies, the network curriculum takes the network study the main carrier, becomes the key aspect to decide network education quality. But, current network curriculum pays great attention on the study resources with the digitization, the multi-intermediaries to present, actually neglects to promote the learner to study the content through understanding which is the essential question of study; Pays great attention to the periphery environmental construction, has neglected to the learner learning process care as well as to the learner ability development attention which obtains in the learning process; Stressed that the network curriculum the discipline and the content dimension, actually neglected learner's dimensions and so on knowledge understanding process, the cause network study effect have been unsatisfactory. In order to raise the citizen facing the 21st century who has the understanding accomplishment, to enhance the quality of network education, the network teaching design needs to construct. This article will attempt the understanding study thought to utilize in the network curriculum, proposing understanding as the goal of network curriculum teaching design.The instructional design of network curriculum which takes understanding as its goal is to help the learner to form and deepen the understanding of important concept or the subject. The so-called understanding is the ability to utilize the knowledge nimbly in the new scene, when the learner has understood some concept or subject truly, they can explain that this concept or the subject with their language, carry on the knowledge internalizing; Can migrate them to produce the new deduction; Can utilize them to solve the actual problem and to have the innovation. In order to facilitate learner's true understanding, this article when carries on the network curriculum teaching design, reduced and has selected the study content, focused it in has the understanding value subject; Uses the question solution the educational model, provides a series of question situation for the learner, launches target-oriented understanding regarding the question situation; Providing study resources which may inquire to stimulate learner's inquisition desire, to deepen its understanding taking this as the backing; The implementation of scene's appraisal way and taking the long-enduring appraisal as the method is to promote the learner to understand the level thoroughly unceasingly.This article was based on elaborating thoroughly the understanding connotation, the characteristic and the different dimension of understanding, proposing the network curriculum teaching design pattern of taking understanding as the goal, including the principle of design, strategy and basic flow. The teaching design process of network curriculum taking understanding as the goal was studied emphatically, mainly including the understanding subject choice, organization and to present; the determination, the characteristic and the indication of understanding goal; The understanding classified design as well as the understanding study appraisal form which and the standard design corresponds with the activity. And, in the understanding classification design part, six dimensions which the basis understood, its division is three kind of namely primary understanding, intermediate understanding and ultimate understanding, and take this as criterion design endurance appraisal form and standard. Finally, the curriculum partial contents have carried on the design attempt according to this pattern to "Modern education Technology".
