In recent years, with the development of senior education and the innovation of educative system, college teachers, which are considered as the trainers for advanced talents, are facing a series of chances and challenges. Among of these challenges, job-burnout has become the obvious one. Job-Burnout will influence the mental health of college teachers directly and become the critical reason for tiring education and barrier for teaching level, all of which will cause the invisible waste in our domestic education resources. In this way, no matter from the angle of caring the college teachers'health or from the purpose to motivate the domestic education development, we all need to put more attention to the problem of college teachers'job-burnout status. This essay will focus on the statistical analysis of college teachers'job-burnout of Tianjin area, and then come up the invention strategies and expect to be used as the demonstrative research.Firstly, this essay introduces the research backgrounds of job-burnout status, and points out the drawbacks within the domestic research; then comes up with the research purpose and meaning, and set up the research direction, content method and outline.Secondly, through summarizing the job-burnout theories, including developed processes, distinguished definitions, and more attention on five models and measure tools etc, it's in order to supply theoretical support for the research.Thirdly, after the reliability and stability testing for the measure tools, this essay adopts the SPSS software to analyzing the human variables (such as gender, age, position etc.) to find out the influent factors and the job-burnout status for college teachers of Tianjin area.Finally, according to the research findings, this essay gets the conclusions that there are mainly three effective factors for college teachers'job-burnout, which concludes society, school and teachers, and the intervention strategies are mainly deal with these factors.
