To explore the influence of test stress and mood state on P.E university entrance examinatination scores,115 P.E university entrance examination candidates, including 21 femal candidates and 94 male candidtes, in Jiang Xi province were taken at random as subjects. Methods:The investigator measured the concentration of cortisol in the participants'saliva by radioimmunoassay analysis. The psychological investigating tool is the CSAI-2 made by American Martens and POMS revised by professor ZHU Bei–li of East China Normal University in 1994.Results:firstly,the 800-mile scores of low TMD group were higher significantly than that of middle TMD group.secondly, pre-competition somatic state anxiety was higher significantly than that of post-competiton; 800-mile fluctuant score correlated positively significantly with pre-competition cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety; basketball fluctuant scores didn't correlated significantly with test anxiety. thirdly , pre-competition TMD scores of P.E university entrance examination candidates were correlated significantly with pre-competition anxiety and post-competiton anxiety. at last, post-competition concentration of cortisol was higher than that of precompetition, but there didn't show the significant difference;the stress hormone level didn't correlate with the test performance of P.E university entrance examination candidates. Conclusion :firstly, the mood state had an influence on 800-mile scores, didn't have an influence on basketball scores. secondly, during 800-mile and basketball examination, subjects had test anxiety following higher somatic state anxiety.; pre-competition anxiety affected 800-mile fluctuant scores;neither pre-competition axiety nor post-competition axiety affected basketball fluctuant scores.thirdly, P.E university entrance examination candidates'mood state correlated significantly with test anxiety.fourthly, pre-competition stress didn't exert significant influence on stress hormone level of P.E university entrance examination candidates; stress hormone level didn't affect the score.
