The Research Of The Candidates’ Psychological State Before Sport College Entrance Examination

College entrance examination is very important for each candidate, not even moresports candidates. I explore the relationship between psychological condition and sportsexams with questionnaire method to find out the psychological condition of thestudents.What we find can provide a good psychological state to the sports team.It alsocan provide a reference for the coaches to improve the psychological condition of sportscandidates. Cndidates personally, what i find can make them be more aware of theirpsychological state，this has an important significance to improve their psychologicalquality and play their exercise levelsAt present, there is less research about this area. So the lacks of understanding ofthe psychologic’s importance between coaches and candidates, resulting in that theydon’t pay much attention to the improvement of the mind in the process of training.Andthe coaches had no specific goals and less clear measures to improve the students’performance, so that the improvement of the state is not so good. So we hope toachieve the following objectives: We can find out the relationship betweenpsychological condition and sports exams to find out the psychological condition of thestudents test scores, give a reference to improve the students’ state and theirperformance of the test.We achieved the following conclusions:1. Male candidates has higher scores than female candidates in self-efficacy andself-goal orientation; Female candidates have a higher pre-game anxiety and task goalorientation. Both of them have a significant difference.2.Candidates in Track and field have a higher pre-game anxiety than onthers.3.There is Positive linear correlation between the scores of self-efficacy and the testscores. The scores of sanxiety and exams presence have negative linear correlation. There is negative linear correlation between the scores of Goal orientation and the testscores.4. Through the test scores-dimensional regression equation of state of mind, thedescending order is exam anxiety、 task goal orientation、 self-efficacy and self-goalorientation.
