Based on synthesizing relevant researches of primary and secondary schools in-service teachers'professional development model both domestic and abroad, the paper attempts to look for some ways, which can help primary and secondary schools in-service teacher of JiangXi province improve the skill and level. This thesis specifies the theme from different levels in five chapters.Chapter One: Introduction on the Generals Situation of the Research. Summarized the necessity and significance of promoting professional development of teachers by analyzing the epoch background and theoretic background; Introduces the overview and development of relevant researches on professional development of teachers both domestic and abroad; Define the concept of profession, professional of teacher, professional development of teachers, professional development model of teachers.Constructs the framework of the research, such as the problems, underpinning of theory and the methods of the research, etc.Chapter Two: Analysis the actuality. Uses investigating methods of interview and questionnaires to survey the Professional Development Model of Primary and Secondary School in-service Teachers in Jiangxi Province; makes the statistics and visualizes the results of questionnaires; Analysis the actuality of primary and secondary schools in-service teachers'professional development model of JiangXi province.Chapter Three: Analysis the Questions. Based on summarized the related inform and the result of interview and questionnaires define the concept of the post-training model, reading model, school-based in-service education model, educational narrative model and "listen to - say - Class" model. And analysis the problems they are in implementation process at their respective.Chapter Four: Strategies discussing. According to the respective problems that exist in the model for post-training, reading, school-based training, educational narrative and "listen to - say - Class" implementation process, then propose the corresponding countermeasures.Chapter Five: Conclusions and outlooks of the Research. Summarizes the conclusions and findings of this research; further studies.
