With the development of the society,private primary and secondary schools have become a special part of our educational system and have taken part in the responsibility of education.In order to give full play to its educational function and provide quality education for the public,the private primary and secondary schools must have an excellent team of teachers.Schools must encourage teachers to undertake on-the-job training and improve their professional skills besides undertaking teaching tasks,and schools should also provide various facilitation for teachers' in-service training.However,due to the uniqueness of private primary and secondary schools,teachers' on-the-job training is not ideal.This paper hopes to study the problem of in-service training school,and explore some effective ways.This paper explores the problems of private primary and secondary school teachers' in-service training through literature,survey and so on.Through empirical research on school security measures of Y school in X City,it analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and puts forward some improvement measures.In this paper,including the main problems of teachers' in-service training of private schools: teachers lack of awareness of the initiative,there is no professional clear development goals;teachers work long hours,work intensity,energy is limited;the school failed to provide sufficient material and time guarantee for the teachers' in-service training school in the training system construction;the school has been the lack of such.These factors have hindered the enthusiasm of private primary and secondary school teachers in their on-the-job training.Through the empirical research results of the X Y school,the school in order to promote teachers' in-service training has conducted a preliminary attempt: to establish and perfect the corresponding system;establish corresponding management mechanism,including to improve the school teachers school-based education system,the establishment of special funds,ensure the teacher training time is sufficient,strengthen teachers self awareness,establish the concept of lifelong learning,increase government funding,broaden teachers out of education channels,the establishment of a fair,two-way,diversification of teacher evaluation,evaluation system.However,because of the short time to try,there are still a lot of problems in the establishment of the system,which is the direction that needs to be improved through this study.
