With the deepening development of Chinese educational reform,how to improve the professional level of primary and secondary school teachers and build a high-quality teaching body is the central issue of the reform.And people are constantly trying at the same time.Masters Studio stands out from many teachers' growth path,whose principals are a group of famous teachers with advanced teaching philosophy,excellent teaching level and steady teaching theory.And then Masters Studio also gets young teachers who have developmental desire and educational ideal in the same discipline together.It is not only a seminary and aggregation for cultivating excellent primary and secondary school teachers,but the premium Incubator for promoting the development of primary and secondary school teachers.Therefore,the exploration of professional development of primary and secondary school teachers based on Masters Studio has important theoretical significance and practical value in promoting the improvement of teachers' quality.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the reason for the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research.Then summarizes the research results of the professional development,and the Masters Studio.Lastly,it explains the research methods,ideas of the paper and defines the relevant concepts.The second part is to take Linyi city as an example and visit relevant educational administrative departments and schools by means of investigation and research to understand the composition,functional positioning and management mechanism of famous teacher studios,for which can clarify the construction of it.The third part is taking L teacher studio,H teacher studio and W teacher studio as operating cases to summarizes the generation and development,activity mode and content,characteristics and results of the three famous teacher studios,and analyzes the ways in which famous teacher studios promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.The fourth is to further analyze the role and existing problems of famous teacher studios in the professional development of teachers.Famous teacher studios can cultivate teachers' professional awareness,expand teachers' professional knowledge and improve teachers' professional ability.At the same time,there are also some problems to be improved,such as the research activities are not well-targeted,the ability of leading teachers needs to be improved,the internal management mechanism needs further improvement urgently,and the urgent need to strengthen the external support.The last part is the countermeasure to strengthen the construction of primary and secondary teacher studios,by satisfying students' individualized learning needs,realizing the transformation of host role,establishing incentive internal management mechanism,proving teacher studio effective operation of the external support,setting up famous studio expert guidance team,so as to make the teacher studios work better.And these countermeasures can also provide reference for the construction of famous teacher studios in Linyi and other regions.
