Study On Effectiveness Of Career Guidance In Xi'an University Of Science And Technology

In recent years, along with our country society system's switch, the structural adjustment, the higher education scale's rapid expansion and the reform of university graduate employment system, the contradiction between university graduate got employed with the social demand become more and more serious.The global financial crisis has influenced China employment market, especially university graduate employment market. Under this situation, the government releases related policy, the located universities take the positive measures to deal with the problem of university graduate employment.As effective measure of promoting the university student getting employed and enhancing the employment quality, university career guidance should unify its own actual situation, take effective measure to its effectiveness, and to play its role in realizing the university graduate getting employment smoothly an effectively.This article taking my school as an example, analyzed the present situation of career guidance through the questionnaire survey and the material analysis. And then it proposed what need to be consummated, and proposed the countermeasure measure.The first part: foreword. It mainly introduced what this article rests on, the research significance and the research technique.The second part: the related theory. It elaborated the basic theory about the university graduate career guidance, enumerated domestic and foreign achievement concerned this research and the existence question obtained, and expounded the basic concept which involved and the research scope.The third part: present situation of career guidance analysis in my school. It introduced my school's basic situation, career guidance development and the present situation, made the investigation in my school and in other schools in xi'an city, analyzed the results and pointed out what need to be consummated.The fourth part: measure. In view the survey results of my school career guidance, unifying one in other universities, proposed the countermeasure that enhances effectiveness of career guidance in my university.
