With the rapid development of China's social economy,knowledge economy and intelligent age is arriving,which set off a wave of reform in the field of education.In order to meet the needs of the state and society of pluralism and the high-level talents,the college entrance examination system will undergo great changes.The deepening reform of the curriculum and learning will give back to the students more professional choice,which makes high school students have more diversified access to their professional expertise and interest in their subjects.To fully tap the potential of every student and respect their personality development,such reform vision and the original intention is wonderful,but the reality is that the high qualified personal guidance needs towards colleges cannot be satisfied easily by most students.The current high school for careers guidance mostly just stay in the stage of pursuit of enrollment rate,which didn't really make the guidance a detailed one in achieving the needs of career development of students.In view of this,the paper chooses Zhengzhou NO.X high school as an example,from the perspective of career planning,through the questionnaire and interview to study the problems existing in high school education.According to the research and reference practice based on career planning theory at home and abroad,combining the practice of advanced education in developed areas,this paper explores the practical strategies to solve these problems.Finally,we can achieve the effective guidance for individual student to be admitted by their ideal colleges and bring some inspiration to the education management of ordinary high school.Based on the research results and related theories of career planning at home and abroad,this paper tries to explore the problems and strategies of the guidance for students to be admitted by colleges in the way of empirical research.The full text is divided into four chapters.the first part is the introduction of this paper,which is intended to solve the practical problem,illustrate the research ideas and methods,as well as its innovations and definite the core concept including career guidance and college entrance guidance,clarify some career planning theory and its function.The second part is a questionnaire survey and interview on the current situation of Zhengzhou NO.X high school towards the entrance examination to colleges,and makes a brief analysis of the conclusions.According to the analysis results,the third part summed up the main problems of high school education guidance and the main reasons including the lack of sufficient attention and utilitarian and not being scientific,which involves several aspects such as school,society,family and individual.The fourth part focuses on how to solve these problems mentioned above,and the conclusion is that schools should integrate education resources;the families should give strong support and help to their kids;students themselves need to strengthen their awareness of college entrance guidance and social needs provide strong external support for high school students;Finally,the nation should ensure the implementation of high school students 'entrance guidance to colleges.In a word,the guidance of being admitted by colleges needs the cooperation of various forces so as to maximize the effectiveness and escort the academic development of the high school students,and train a large number of excellent talents for our country in the new period of Chinese development.
