Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching is a process which goal is to develop students'ability of expressing and communicating through a series of specific circumstances. In development of society, Chinese course and students, Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching has a important effect. However, according to the situation found out by the author, the present condition is far from good. In order to improve the present situation, the research has been based on literature analysis by means of questionnaire, observation and interview. The author hopes that it can find out the disadvantages of Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching and put forward strategies. The paper consists four parts:The first part poses questions. In development of society, Chinese courses and students, the author elaborates a Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching's important effect and summarizes the present research of it.The second part defines theses ideas of Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching, and analyzes its teaching materials.The third part illustrates methods and objects of the research and sum up the present condition of Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching in primary schools in Lanzhou City. Its advantages are: teachers and students already recognize the importance, Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching has a proper place in Chinese teaching, students cherish a keen interest in Chinese Spoken Communication, the basic teaching of Putonghua is good, and the lowest excellent teachers are developing the research of Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching. And existent problems are: The support from education bureaus and schools is not much, courses aims are too rough, teaching methods are not very good, teaching lacks reassures, Chinese teachers haven't clear recognize in Chinese Spoken Communication Teaching, a systematic scientific appraisal mechanism has not been established, the curriculum's orientation have some inadequacy.The fourth part poses solving strategies on the basic of reality, which called on educational sectors to supervise the teaching, to improve the theories'construction, to reform the standard of curriculum, to complete the textbook compiling, to reform the appraisal mechanism and strength the teachers'training, which called on school to pat attention to common examination of Chinese Spoken Communication, to organize researching on it, to establish the teaching recourses and so on, which called on teachers to strength their ability, to build a democratic and harmonious circumstance, to build up the correct view.
