In modern society, the interaction, communication and cooperation between people havebecome increasingly frequent,and the importance of oral communication has becomeincreasingly prominent. Modern society has a higher demand on people’s oral communicationability, and the oral communicative teaching occupies an important position in the curriculumstandards system of chinese language courses,and has obvious promoted the ability ofstudents’ reading writing and.At the same time, it has an extremely important value forpupils’ mental development and growth. However, it is undeniable that oral communicationteaching in primary and secondary schools is not placed in aproper position for variousreasons. Schools and teachers didn’t pay enough attention to oral communication teachingcompared to reading and writing teaching, Especially at the primary level, students ’orallanguage is in a critical period to improve and perfect, and if there is a lack of systematic,scientific oral communication training, the students’ oral communication ability is bound notto meet the future needs of social development, which gives us a warning.The author investigates the oral communication teaching development in Chang Yicarefully by using theresearch motheds of spot survey, tests and interviews from the fouraspects of teaching materials, students, teachers and classroom teaching.This article focuses on many aspects of impact on the oral communication teaching byanalyzing current situation. It also puts forward concrete policies and measures combiningwith Chang Yi City actually from the six levels of students, teachers, teaching materials,classroom teaching, research, teaching status, and teaching evaluation. Accordingly thestudents become the main body of the oral communication, and teachers become the leadingof oral communication, the teaching materials become effective by virtue of the oralcommunication. Thus classroom teaching becomes the main channel of the oralcommunication and language practice becomes an effective way of oral communication, andteaching evaluation of the direct driving force of the oral communication. The article guidesteachers to clarify the thinking of oral communication and to improe the efficiency ofclassroom teaching and speaking with a purpose to increase the oral communicativecompetence of pupils, and cultivate students good oral communication and emotional attitudein order to meet the future requirements of social development.
