Investigation And Research On The Training Effect Of Pe Teachers In Primary Schools In Benxi County

Teachers work division in December 2016,the ministry of education issued "on the implementation of the ministry of education-the teachers' work department of the United Nations children's fund" innovative teaching and teacher training project "and" school sports and physical education teachers training project "(2016-2020)work notice(teachers department letter [2016] no.49),April 10-14,2017,Beijing institute of education-the United Nations children's fund(UNICEF)by the ministry of education" school sports and physical education teachers training project ",formed a professional excellent research team,In June of the same year,the PE teachers in primary schools in benxi county were trained for 5 days.Based on large quantities of 2017 primary school physical education teachers to participate in the "school sports and physical education teachers training project" as the research object,the effect of training on Kirkpatrick(Kirkpatrick four hierarchy model as the theoretical basis,for the large quantities of elementary school physical education teachers training to provide advice and opinion,at the same time also for the future rural primary school physical education teachers training to provide theoretical reference,and provide decision-making service for teaching and research department of liaoning province as the research objective.Combined with using the research methods such as questionnaire,interview method for large quantities elementary school physical education teachers to participate in the "school sports and physical education teachers training project" specific implementation were investigated,to participate in training the large quantities of elementary school physical education teachers and research staff and school leadership interview investigation,and analyzes the effect of the training.The research conclusions are as follows: 1.The training effect is significant.The teachers who participate in the training are highly satisfied with the overall training and their personal ability is improved.2.The PE teachers in primary schools in benxi county have a reasonable age structure and sports special structure,which can meet the teaching needs.3.Teachers' professional ethics and teaching attitude are improved;4.The overall content and arrangement of the training are scientific and reasonable.5.Insufficient training time,poor facilities and teaching conditions,and other external training environments need to be improved.
