| Objective: To analyze the effect of 8 weeks uphill jumping training on students‘ special physical quality and 100 m sports performance by comparing the data obtained from experimental training.Methods: The object selected in this experiment was trained by kinematics test for 8 weeks.up-slope jumping training is mainly to develop students ’explosive force and braking ability of lower limbs during movement by overcoming two kinds of resistance brought by a certain slope.up-slope jumping training is also a kind of resistance training.Through 8 weeks of up-slope jumping training,it is found that the extension ability and the extension distance of the knee can be improved,the support time can be shortened,the flexion ability of the hip joint can be improved,the peak torque and relative peak torque of the flexor group of the ankle joint can be reduced,the support stability of the ankle joint and the knee joint can be enhanced,and the shearing speed of the two thighs can be improved.In this study,20 men in the track and field special class of class 2019 sports training major of our school were taken as the experimental subjects,of which 4 were eliminated because of the athletes‘ own problems,and the experimental subjects were all sprint special class secondary athletes,and 16 students were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group,8 each.In addition to the kinematics test method,this paper will use the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and other methods to conduct in-depth research and the data before and after the experiment.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:First,it is very important to improve the sports performance of the 100-meter sprint students by adopting the training method of 8-week uphill jump.After 8 weeks of upslope jumping training,all the above indexes were improved significantly,including 0.12 seconds for 30 meters,0.13 seconds for 60 meters and 0.2 seconds for 100 meters.In 03 seconds,from the above two groups of data,it can be found that the improvement of the experimental group students’ sports performance is significantly greater than that of the control group,indicating that the uphill jump training can improve the students’ sports performance more than the daily flat training.Second,through 8 weeks of up-slope jumping training,we found that the students in the experimental group shortened the jumping time by 0.34 seconds,the average score of standing long jump increased by 0.27 meters,the average score of standing three-level long jump increased by 0.32 meters,the pull-up of 1 minute increased by 8,and the running time of 30 meters was shortened by 0.2 seconds.In the control group,the jumping time of 50 meters was shortened by 0.12 seconds,the average score of standing long jump was increased by 0.15 meters,the average score of standing three long jump was increased by 0.20 meters,the lead time of 1 minute was increased by 5,and the running time of 30 meters was shortened by 0.14 seconds.The above data show that the training method of up-slope jumping can improve the explosive force,speed endurance and sensitive coordination ability of the lower limbs.Third,from the point of view of kinematics parameters,the influence of upslope jumping training on the movement parameters of upper limb joint is embodied in the positive influence on the index of students’ post-support process,including the movement speed and the angle from the ground,but not on the index of lower limb anterior support.In the course of daily training,the positive effects on the dynamic parameters of lower limb joint are mainly shown as ankle flexor group,knee extensor group,hip extension,flexor group,etc.In addition,the experiment found that if the long-term use of uphill jump this training method,will affect the enthusiasm of students will have some negative effects,so it is recommended to combine with other special technical training to further improve the level of sprinters. |
