Social workers are playing an increasingly important role during the process of professionalisation, meanwhile, lots of scholars have been costing their eyes on social worker's quality and quality development. This paper has summarized social workers' attitudes to the career and some behaviors under certain circumstances on the basis of questionnaire investigation. And it has analyzed some factors which affect social workers' attitudes and their behaviors, and explored the relationship between these attitudes and behaviors by data-processing with several sociological theories such as Social Learning Theory and Socialization Theory. At the end of this paper, some will-be effective measures which are according to the requirement of professionalisation have been putted forward.Three fundamental conclusions have been reached as follows. The first, concerning attitudes. Social workers enjoy positive attitudes to the career in general. To be specific, they have profound comprehension and intense identity of social work, and they satisfy their current occupation deeply, on the development situation of social work, their judgments are objective enough. The dark side is that the level of social workers' vocational loyalty is inconstant when their vocational quality needs to be improved.Social workers' attitudes to the career are affected by individual difference, institutional factors, and sociality factors, whose influences manifest as: women's identification on the career is stronger than men's, the old are more easy to touch the feeling of satisfaction from the career, vocational comprehension abilities of social workers with professional training are better than those without; High-salary social workers usually have deeper emotion on social work than the low-salary, they also have higher level of job satisfaction and have more objective judgment on the development situation than others; Vocational loyalty and job satisfaction are affected significantly by sociality factors. The second, concerning behaviors. Social workers' behaviors to the career are relatively active. According to their performances during working, we could summarize their behaviors as follows. Social workers engaged in the career due to their own willingness without unfairness, and they are responsible for their jobs exceedingly; They respect and love their post with years' experiences and excellent competence; They usually overcome difficulties through teamwork and resist the disruption rationally. But most of them need to improve the ability of emotion regulation. There are three factors influenced behaviors such as individual difference, institutional factors and sociality factors. The third, concerning the relationship between attitudes and behaviors. There is interaction between attitudes and behaviors without one-one correspondence. Attitudes to social work influenced behaviors about career choice, the other side, behaviors through social work engagement would improve previous attitudes continuously. To be specific, vocational cognitions have influence on the behavior of choosing career, during which vocational cognitions strengthened by accumulated job experiences constantly; Vocational emotions are nurtured and deepen duting the whole process of the career, that's to say, vocational emotions are influenced by behaviors, besides their judgments on development situation.Shortly, it is of immediacy to improve social workers' ability of professionalizing,. In the author's opinion, one of the best ways is to combine individuals with society through perfect institutional system to deepen social workers' vocational cognitions and standardize their certain behaviors.
