Research On The Institutional Guarantee For Promoting The Professionalization Of Social Work In China

The third plenary session of the eighteenth proposes promoting the modernization of China's national governance system and management ability,social governance is an important secondary governance system,the social work as an important part of social governance,accelerate the social work professionalization for promoting the modernization of our country social governance is of great significance.The current our country social work professionalization development still faces many problems,such as: the lack of talent environment,the limitations of professional post,professional system is imperfect,lack of localization and so on,these difficulties hindered the development of social work in China.How to break through the predicament of social work professionalization is the main contradiction of social work in China.Appear at the root of the trouble is that government policy is not perfect,the government as the main force of social work professionalization propulsion,should focus on starting from the top design,build perfect the social work profession policy system to ensure ordering of social work,thus accelerating the pace of reform in the field of our society.This article first elaborated the paper selected topic background and research significance and research status at home and abroad,on the whole systematic combing to the social work professionalization development.Second,by defining the concept of social work and social work professionalization,and the social work profession standard theory is introduced to provide theoretical support for the research of the social work profession system.Second,expounds the present situation of the development of social work professionalization in China,deeply analyzes the dilemma of China's social work professionalization development and its reason,proposed the present stage the root cause of the difficulties in social work professionalization development in our country lies in the social work profession lacks the necessary policy support.Again,analysis discusses the United States,Hong Kong,the successful experience of social work professionalization development in Taiwan,for example: the social work profession certification system,the social work profession registration system,etc.,on the basis of based on the situation of our country draw lessons from experience.Finally,with the practical problems facing the social work professionalization development in our country,on the basis of experience outside the development as the instruction,to build the professional evaluation system of social work,social work,employment system and social work training education system.
