The thesis is developed with the following backgrounds:the deepening of China's institutional reforms;the ever-quickening of economic development and urbanization, which bring about a series social problems,such as poverty, rising unemployment and drug-taking youths,the aging of population,etc.So the project aims to deal with the social need of social programs personnel to help solve the above-mentioned social problems.China's social program major has developed for over 20 years,in over 200 colleges and universities,which still fall far behind such developed countries as US and Britain.There has been much study on the theoretical aspects of this subject,while relatively little is on the cultivation of practical social program talents in vocational colleges.So the comprehension of the present situation of high-vocational school's talent fostering system and the social workpiece professionalization is propitious for the revealing the high-vocational fostering system's consequence to social talent professionalization.This paper takes Changsha Civil Administration Vocational College as its example,bases itself on the sociology research visual angle, makes questioannaires survey and literature search,adopts the method of combining of fixed quantity and fixed quality to invest and describe the high-vocational fostering system and social talent professionalization.Furthmore,The paper using the regression means probes into the high-vocational fostering system's consequence to social talent professionalization. First,the author reviews the fostering system of high-vocational college which is divided into three parts to describe,and then,describes the social talent professionalization.By composing multiple regression models and choosing the common item' index in the three parts of fostering system as the independent variety,the paper posts and explains each fostering system's consequence to social prefessionalization.The data's dealing adopts SPSS16,and the stat data of the relevant investigation is built,through which the author discovers that the teaching system directly affects social talent professionalization.Reasonable and prefect fostering system can continuously improve the knowledge system and affect the social talent professionalization.Practice system makes a vital role in the fostering the practical capacity in the social professionalization and provides platform and chance for improving and enhancing socially practical capacity.The ethical quality fostering directly influences the correct value in the social professionalization and is the precondational guarantee for the accelerating the work of social professionalization.
