The rise of private universities not only helps to make up for the lack of excellent educational resources in China,but also provides society with a large number of professional talents;and also contributes to the popularization of our country’s higher education.Especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the government has issued a series of policies to support the development of private education,aiming at prompting both private and public education gradually to move towards a balanced development.Thus,private education has entered a period of rapid development.However,with the rapid development of private education,the number of teacher’s teams has largely increased,yet the team structure has become more and more complex.Some potential problems have gradually become prominent,which have turned into urgent issues along with the development of private education.Based on such a complicated situation,this thesis explores the satisfaction of private universities’ teachers’ participation in the pension in H Province.Taking the three related concepts of private universities,private university teachers,and pension system as the starting point,grounded in incentive theory,equity theory,and stakeholder theory,this thesis adopts empirical research methods to explore private university teachers’ satisfaction of participation in pension.It also uses factor analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and difference analysis methods for specific exploration.The results show that the three factors of policy approval,policy implementation,and policy process are all positively correlated with pension satisfaction.According to the analysis results,the problems existing in the process of participating in the insurance for private university teachers are further verified and the causes are analyzed.By summarizing the problems and analyzing the underlying reasons,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to improve the satisfaction of private university teachers: First,optimize the policy structure and establish a correct understanding of pension system.The government should improve the pension system for teachers in private universities.Also,Private university teachers should increase their trust in endowment insurance.Plus,the scientific management of private universities should be implemented.Second,the "last mile" can be paved for policies to implement.Solve the predicament of insufficient funds in pension insurance.Improve the compliance of pension participation.Third,the weakness of policy enforcement should be thoroughly resolved.Strengthen communication and cooperation,reduce process resistance;improve the quality of handling,improve the information platform.Improving the satisfaction of private university teachers’ pension participation is an essential stage for further improving China’s pension system.It plays a pivotal role in the future’s development of private education in a firmer and healthier manner;meanwhile,it also contributes to the realization of “education of power.”...
