After nearly forty years of development,the private higher education in China has developed rapidly in the market-oriented economy,and has achieved fruitful results.Private universities have experienced more than 10 years of rapid development,and the problem of the construction of school teachers is becoming more and more prominent.The first problem is the management system of private colleges and universities is imperfect,and the implementation of national policies is not in place;the second problem is the structure of the teachers in private colleges and universities are unbalanced in their age structure,educational background and professional title structure;the third one is the loss rate of backbone teachers in private universities is large,resulting in the overall instability of the faculty;the fourth one is the private colleges and universities are less trained in the on-the-job training for teachers.The school does not pay enough attention to the training of teachers' personal accomplishment and the promotion of professional ability,and does not pay attention to the teachers' needs for personal career development and promotion.;the fifth one is teachers in private universities only pay attention to teaching work.Few teachers devote themselves to scientific research.Schools are lack of scientific research atmosphere.Teachers are in low level of scientific research..By using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis,this paper studies the problems existing in the construction of teaching staff in private universities,and puts forward some countermeasures.The research content is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.It puts forward the background and significance of the research,introduces the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and innovations of this paper.The second part introduces the development and types of private higher education at home and abroad.In the third part,the author first defines the concept of two key words for private colleges and teaching faculty development.Combined with the case of CS college,this paper introduces the current situation of teaching staff in CS college and analyzes the actual state of the teachers in private colleges and universities in our country.The fourth part extracts the relevant data of the construction of six private colleges and universities in Hubei Province,and points out the problems in present teaching staff of private colleges and universities and discussed the problems existing in the current teaching staff in the CS College.The fifth part puts forward solutions from the level of state and education department in charge and the level of private colleges and universities,then make a study on the countermeasures of the construction of teaching staff in CS college.Through the study of this paper,I believe that,in order to make the private universities in the fierce market competition to achieve sustainable development,we must attach importance to the construction of the teacher team.The construction of teaching staff in private universities must combine the needs of market development and the characteristics of private universities,accurately locate the characteristics of private colleges and run a competitive development path.
