Research On Graduate Satisfaction Of Private Undergraduate Colleges

With the promulgation and implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Private Education,the legal status of private education in higher education has been clarified.The strong support of government policies promotes the rapid development of private education,making the development of private education an important part of higher education.Although private education has achieved rapid development and great progress,private education has faced some difficulties in the process of rapid development: mainly from teaching,logistics,and employment.In order to improve the quality of private undergraduate colleges and enable them to develop better,it is necessary to understand the current situation of the development of private undergraduate colleges,analyze the existing problems and causes from the status quo,and propose reasonable countermeasures according to the problems.This study focuses on the perspective of graduates to investigate and analyze the graduates’ satisfaction with the school.Based on a large number of relevant literatures and based on the theory of customer satisfaction,the questionnaire for the satisfaction of graduates from private undergraduate colleges was compiled.The literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and case study method were used to investigate the satisfaction of graduates from Shaanxi X private colleges and universities,and to understand the graduates’ satisfaction with school teaching,logistics,campus culture and employment.Then use SPSS21.0 to descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,line graph,radar chart and other analysis methods to understand the status quo of graduates’ satisfaction and the factors affecting graduate satisfaction: grade,The influence of professional,gender and family location on graduate satisfaction,the satisfaction of graduates from private undergraduate colleges is mainly reflected in the low satisfaction of school teaching services and employment services;poor logistics service facilities and weak service staff awareness.Campus culture is relatively scarce;graduate satisfaction varies by grade,and does not vary by profession,gender,and family.Furthermore,the authors put forward the following suggestions: The private undergraduate colleges shouldimprove the teaching resources in teaching,set up a reasonable curriculum system,reform the teaching system,improve the teaching staff,improve the teaching management;strengthen the implicitness in the campus culture.Campus culture construction,campus spiritual culture inheritance and humanized campus management;improve logistics service facilities and implement refined management in logistics;strengthen employment guidance in employment,improve employment information platform to broaden employment channels and strengthen entrepreneurial guidance to build entrepreneurial practice platform IV In order to improve the satisfaction of graduates,it is expected to promote the better development of Shaanxi X private undergraduate colleges and train more talents.
