Evaluation Research On School Effectiveness Of Private Higher School

Since 1980s, private higher school appears rapidly and develops like mushroom growth, private higher education's status and role of the community are also being recognized, and becoming a compelling force in the field of education. In recent years, with China's market economy gradually improved, with the gradual implementation of the strategy through science and education, with investment in education system and investment environment gradually relaxed, China's private higher education has obtained full development .The establishment of many private higher schools in China has greatly eased the serious shortage of resources in higher education, met the people's urgent needs of higher education, promoted higher education from elite education to mass education of the historical progress, has also trained a large number of high-quality talent for China's socialist construction, has strongly impulses China's economic construction and development of higher education.From the current operation situation in China, private higher school in sources of funding, teachers, students quality, property rights, are still exist a number of issues, one of the most important reason resulting in these cases is that some private higher schools excessive pursuit of economic interests and neglect the education of the public welfare and social benefits in the development process. Therefore, how to evaluate the school effectiveness of private higher school, strengthen the supervision of private higher school, make the majority students understand the true strength of private higher school, take appropriate rectification measures for private higher school which under standards, to promote the quality and effectiveness balanced development of private higher school is an urgent problem to solve, is an important part to strengthen the management of private higher education, to evaluate the school efficiency of the private higher school has their own uniqueness, because private higher school has its own characteristics.The aims of this article lies in, establishes a prominent feature of the school-effectiveness evaluation index system, attempts to propose one kind of exploration plan to the private higher school level appraisal. through the analysis to the present development situation of private higher school, the fund-raising channels of private higher school, the education cost and the school effectiveness. Selects several private colleges of Anhui Province, apply this evaluation index system to carry on the empirical analysis of school effectiveness, from the perspective of macroscopic and microscopic, discusses the efficiency of resource use and the existence question of higher education, then proposed the realize ways and countermeasures on how to improve the school effectiveness of private higher education .At present, China's educational theory of the study on school effectiveness of private higher school at a comparison vacuum condition, therefore, the author chooses this breakthrough point as the object of study Master's Thesis. Keeping inline with the objective and the practical principle, the author hoped to provide some suggestions and references for the more perfect development of our country's private higher education.
