With the continuous deepening of education reform,high school education is becoming more and more popular,the quality of teaching is getting more and more attention from the outside world,many education researchers began to pay attention to how to improve the classroom efficiency of teachers in teaching,improve teaching methods.In the classroom of Chinese subject,teaching evaluation language,as the carrier of teachers' classroom information,not only transmits teaching information,but also has important significance to improve the efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching.Scientific and systematic optimization of teaching evaluation language used in class can improve the professional development of teachers and broaden the way of teacher training.Therefore,based on the problems existing in teachers' expressions of teaching evaluation language,this study aims to improve the effectiveness of teachers' teaching evaluation language,optimize the teaching process,and promote the effective development of Chinese curriculum.This paper takes the teaching evaluation language of ordinary high school Chinese teachers as the research object,analyzes the existing research literature and summarizes the current research status,and designs specific research ideas and tools.First of all,through interviews to understand the problems and shortcomings of current teachers in the evaluation of students in teaching,to provide a certain basis for the initial establishment of indicators.Secondly,in the basic principle of index design,the language index of teacher teaching evaluation is preliminarily constructed,and the index is evaluated,supplemented and suggested by Delphi method to improve the rationality of the index,and then the importance of each index is further distinguished.In the end,will eventually make the "ordinary high school language teaching evaluation language comprehensive evaluation index" adapted into the form of questionnaire,the selection of two classes of students by fuzzy evaluation method to practical application,the evaluation index system of analysis of teachers in the teaching evaluation of the final situation of language use,not only verify the reliability and rationality of indicators,It can also put forward targeted countermeasures according to the problems caused by the actual evaluation.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,in-depth study of the weak areas of evaluation language,the construction of an evaluation index system,and a scientific and systematic method for the evaluation of senior Chinese teachers.The shortcoming of this study is that the scope of application is not wide enough.In the future,it is expected to be more refined to further promote the scope of application of indicators.The main results of the study are the formation of a specific quantitative evaluation index system,which enriched the research value of teaching evaluation language and provided some reference ideas for other scholars.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the constructed comprehensive evaluation index system of teaching evaluation language,combined with the weight value of the corresponding index,the actual evaluation can provide scientific evaluation for teachers and improve teaching according to the feedback content of each index;(2)This paper analyzes the overall level of language use evaluation of the teachers in the two classes,finds the deficiencies in the evaluation effect and context,and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the evaluation of language literacy by combining the recorded excellent teaching evaluation language fragments,hoping to improve Chinese teaching;(3)Under the current educational environment,teachers' concept of self-teaching evaluation is still insufficient.Teachers' teaching evaluation quality should be improved to make the Chinese classroom teaching in senior high school more guiding and targeted for students and improve teaching efficiency.
