Learning environment for students to participate and learn the specific realities. An optimized, full of emotional and intellectual learning environment is to stimulate students to actively participate in learning the fundamental guarantee. Therefore, teaching in the classroom teachers must provide support for students learning situations. The creation of classroom learning environment is defined in the teaching process, based on the basic principles of pedagogy and psychology, according to age and cognitive characteristics of students to different teachers and students through the establishment, the cognitive object of the main emotional and cognitive environment, the creation of appropriate learning environment, so that teaching in a positive emotional and optimized environment to carry out, so that learners participate in cognitive activities, emotional events in order to activate the learner's situational thinking, resulting in situational thinking, access to knowledge, build capacity in developing intelligence the active construction process.In this paper, the daily classroom teaching and learning environment for the creation of high school biology was studied in order to Zhejiang Science and Technology Press, published under the standard curriculum of high school biology textbooks as the basis, I chose to teach four classes in third year as a research object, in the high school biology classroom teaching how to create a reasonable learning environment carried out a small-scale teaching experiment; to student learning motivation, biological science literacy and academic performance indicators for the evaluation of high school students in the traditional teaching methods and in the creation of a reasonable learning environment in the biological study results were compared.This article first revealed the creation of scientific and rational learning environment background to the study, and illustrates that the creation of scientific and rational study of learning theory and practice of situational meaning; second part of the pedagogy and psychology from the perspective of the theory of analysis of the basis of the study and reviewed the domestic and foreign research the history and current status; the third part focuses on the creation of scientific and rational high school biology learning environment of the empirical research, that is related teaching experiments -including how to create a scientific and rational high school biology learning environment, student motivation to learn , bio-science literacy and academic performance as the standard comparative tests the effect of teaching and traditional teaching. The results show that: the creation of a scientific and rational high school biology learning environment can significantly improve the academic performance of students, enhance student motivation to learn and improve bio-scientific literacy of students. And finally the creation of scientific and rational reflection on the learning environment of the innovations and barriers.
