This paper make a contrast study in fundamental state, teaching circumstance, training, part-time training, job psychograph, welfare benefits and so on, which about 57 teachers who engaged in aerobics in 14 colleges of Shandong province.There are lots of problems in the proportion of male and famale teachers, the age structure, professional title, computer level, English levels, capacity of scientific research, salary and benefits and emphasis on physical education, especially in aerobics.The paper make a complete investigation in the above questions, through resourcing, mathematical statistics, interview survey, questionnaire survey, and want to get some useful results.We find lots of college student prefer aerobics above all others, most especially female college students like it. College student learn about aerobics usually through aerobics classes and the teacher is the leader.The findings reflect there are lots of problems with regard to calisthenics teacher in colleges of Shandong province.The proportion of male and famale teacher is 3:54,and the teachers engaged in engage in aerobics are the young and the middle aged. Professors which have senior titles are rarely. Educational qualifications of aerobics teachers are Bachelor mainly, only 18.2% teachers have master's degree, no PhD student engage in aerobics teaching.The teachers of senior technical titles and junior technical titles are lack in colleges of Shandong province. English and computer levels of aerobics teachers are low.The proportions of aerobics teachers at the present time are professors:7.02%,associate professors:33.33%,lecturers:45.61%, teacher aides:14.04% The 57 teachers of 16 colleges have national referee:7.02%,referee of first category:75.43%,national secondary and lower judge:17.54%.Aerobics teachers lack of theoretical knowledge of the profession and specialized knowledge in aerobics.We will improve and adjust the structure of aerobics in the future. Aerobics teachers body patterning are accord with their profession.Lot of aerobics teachers select the public aerobics as the class teaching.The level of judge and aerobics are low.Capacity of scientific research of teachers of 14 colleges of Shandong province is higher.The salary of teachers who engaged in aerobics is lower than other teachers.Several teachers are dissatisfy the teaching circumstances at present, such as lacking of courseware and facilities.And the majority of teachers who engaged in aerobics have less opportunity to taking part in advanced studies.In the results of our investigation, 84.32% percent teachers never guide aerobics team. A few aerobics teachers undertake extracurricular aerobics teaching and public aerobics teaching in colleges. 83.49% percent teachers want to accept continuation education but have little opportunity. aerobics teachers' professional mentality is healthy, active and overall stability of teachers' professional mentality. But some also tend to work for some practical considerations.At last,we get the key factor which to restrict the current situation of aerobics teacher in colleges of Shandong province,and we bring the better proposals forward which aim at the current ranks of teachers in colleges of Shandong province.Such as, strengthening aerobics teachers' duty before training, improving the aerobics teacher's academic level, strengthening the aerobics teachers in teaching and scientific research ability, raising the teacher's treatment,arousing the enthusiasm of teachers who engaged in aerobics,and raising the states of gymnasiums ,stadiums, apparatus and experiment of college's laggard condition.
