With the further development of China's reform and open-up, China has achieved remarkable success in economic development. Meanwhile, thanks to the system of exchange with foreign countries, more and more international students come to China for study. Thus, the relating laws and rules need to catch up with the new situation, and it is important to strengthen administration on international students. The problems include slow development of specialties,lack of educational quality evaluation system, insufficient insurance policies and scholarship awarding system, along with rigid limitation on part-time jobs.
