Junior High School Students' Self-management Problems And Countermeasures

With the development of modern social economy and the enrichment of material life, many problems arise among junior middle school students who are in their adolescent period. These astounding problems can be attributed to the lack of self-administration of the students. Therefore, the study on self-administration is essential to students'growing up, to the administration of junior middle schools and to the society as a whole.Many studies have been carried out concerning self-administration. Few, however, is done with junior middle school students. This article analyzes the present situation of self-administration among junior middle school students and gets insight into problems arising with assistance of philosophy, psychology, education and administration. Basing on the case study of "honest exam" in the middle school, the author puts forward further discussion on self-administration theory. Finally, the author comes up with solutions to these problems and the proposition that the "degree" of self-administration should be paid attention to.This article mainly carries out studies through theory research as well as case study and analysis. Basing on theories of the contents, approaches and enforcement in education of self-administration, the author puts forward concerning theories so as to promote further studies meanwhile providing thorough understanding on self-administration for junior middle school teachers and administrators. By doing this, effective administration methods can be applied to practice and guiding principles can be provided, which sheds light on future exploration and practice. So that self-administration of students can be better applied in cooperation with moral education which in turn, enables self-administration activity to perfect itself.
