Problems And Solutions Of Public Kindergarten Administration

With the reform of preschool education in the city, public kindergartens are facing a serious survival problem. They need to figure out how to take their own advantages, and dig out their potential, thus obtain dynamic for further development. This dissertation aims at explore some good experience and solutions by analyzing the administration of the X Kindergarten in Nanshan.The case study comprises four parts. First of all, the dissertation discusses the development and trend of educational administration, applying in kindergarten. Secondly, management of organization, system and culture of the X Kindergarten is scrutinized and analyzed. Then, the dissertation tries to work out the problems and solutions of public kindergarten administration. Last but not least, some suggestion for public kindergartens' future development. As a conclusion, administration of public kindergartens is conditioned by its environment. Both individuality and commonness have to be considered in the administration. It is believed that public kindergartens still have a bright future.
