Analysis On The Model Of China's Multiversity Towards The People-oriented Governance

Over half a century after the World War II, along with the increasing demand for higher education all around the world, the contacts and interaction among universities,society and market is increasingly close together,the type and educational models of university is gradually diversified. In the era of knowledge economy and network information, universities participate in social and public affairs with a more positive attitude. The university has grown from the edge of social stage toward the center, from the relatively closed "ivory tower" to the community's "axis of body" ,to take up the important functions of personnel training, scientific research, social services and cultural guidence.With the unprecedented expansion of universities, there established department, college, laboratory, research institutes, libraries and ancillary units and other complex organizations,the traditional organizational structure of universities has changed dramatically,there appears many different types of multiversity in the world.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party, under the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, China adhered to the basic state policy of reform and opening up, have built the world's largest higher education system and realized the leaping development of higher education. Especially from the early 90s of last century,the new round of institution's adjustment and merger, accompanied by the university enrollment in the late 90s, made it necesssary expand colleges and universities large scale to became a general development trend. Multiversity are constantly become emerging Chinese university's model.From the directional significance research of the multiversity, its significance lies in clarifying the forming process and organization characteristic of universities , and tries to find a scientific development road to the multiversity. From the visual field of public organization and management to examine the multiversity, the field of public administration and economics widespread used "governance theory" quickly comes into our vision, and form many concepts such as "university governance" and "multiversity governance". In order to avoid applying the theory of governance directly, which result in the hollow of the meaning of the"University governance" or even failure, it is necessary to understand the profound essence of governance theory. The author believes that China's multiversity governance should thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, adhere to the people-oriented policy, building people-oriented model of governance to achieve the effective management of multiversity and the harmonious development of human.There are five chapters in this airticle.
