I With the development of social economy and the national educationinvestment increase, implements nine year compulsory education since,middle school students are getting larger and larger, YijinhuoluoMongolia minority middle school students has also increased the totalnumber of. As the Ordos region economy overall development, students’family environment also appeared a huge change, only-child total studentpopulation proportion is also growing. These changes have made thestudents’ main body consciousness increases ceaselessly. The Stateadvocates quality education, realize the student morality, intelligence,labor-round development background, the implementation ofpeople-oriented students management is the inevitable choice ofdevelopment of the times need. Promoting students’ free andcomprehensive development, but has also become the main problems ofstudent management work. This research take the Yijinhuoluo Mongoliamiddle school as an example, to explore the necessity of students’management mode and student management status was analyzed, andthen the lack of people-oriented management concept current situationare discussed in detail. From the human perspective on YijinhuoluoMongolia minority middle school students management current situationundertook examining, and on this basis to in the work of studentsmanagement, adhere to the people-centered concept detail explanation.
