The construction of the game as an independent,operational,creative,artistic game in one.Compared with other games,construction games have unique value in developing children's thinking ability,imagination ability,creativity and aesthetic ability.Of course,the construction of game value can not be achieved without the effective guidance of teachers.For children of different ages,the guiding points of constructing the characteristics of the game will be different.Therefore,this study aims to study the teacher guidance in the construction game of large class children.This study uses qualitative research,J kindergarten in Jilin City as a case study Park,through observation,interview and case analysis to study the teacher guidance in the construction game of large class children.First of all,the construction of the game related to the guidance,and then presents the large class children in the construction of the game of teacher guidance.Secondly,find out the problems and analyze the reasons.Finally,this study puts forward the improvement strategies of teacher guidance in the construction game of large class children.The first chapter in the construction of large-scale children in the game of teacher guidance related elaboration,the author from the definition of the relevant concepts,the characteristics of the construction of the game and teacher guidance points,the construction of large-scale children in the game of teacher guidance value,the construction of large-scale children in the game of teacher guidance principles and theoretical basis of these five aspects are described.In the second chapter,the author presents the current situation of teacher guidance in the construction game of large class children from three dimensions: the timing of guidance,the way of guidance,and the content of guidance.In order to present the real situation of teachers' guidance in the game of construction of large class teachers in J Park,we divide the time,way and content of guidance into more detailed dimensions.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the problems of teacher guidance in the game of teacher construction and finds out the reasons.The problems pointed out in this study include improper timing of teacher guidance,too early or too late;emphasis on language guidance rather than non-language guidance;emphasis on presupposition of topics rather than generation of topics.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,including the lack of teachers' guidance,learning and research,awareness and ability to be improved;kindergarten management and control is not enough,learning and system need to be improved;home communication is not smooth,understanding and support need to be improved.In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies in view of the problems and reasons of teacher guidance in the construction game of kindergarten teachers in J park.First of all,to improve the teachers' understanding of constructing Games: to improve the teachers' understanding of constructing games;to improve the teachers' understanding of constructing games;to strengthen the teachers' ability of constructing games;to understand children's needs and respect children's differences.Secondly,optimize the kindergarten management system: strengthen the teaching discussion,fall into the guidance of teachers;improve the training mechanism,combine theory with practice;adjust the evaluation mode,pay attention to the development of teachers and children.Finally,strengthen home communication and cooperation: give trust and understanding,work together to help safety work;improve scientific understanding,promote the comprehensive development of children.
