As the development of modern information technology, internet provide a new platform for people with communication and dissemination tools, and become a part of people's lives and work, profoundly changing everyone's life, work, learn. It is an inevitable trend to cooperate in team, So our community has had new demands for education that is to cultivate a kind of people, which have a good sense of collaboration, teamwork and innovation capacity, especially advanced thinking skills.The information science and technology education is the education reform platform and position. It is a key position for information technology education to design and develop the textbook of information science and technology, which will help to establish curriculum system for school, and promote teaching, teaching management and the reform of teaching and research. In this paper, based on the "cloud computing assisted learning" project between Shanghai Normal University and Xinsong secondary school ,this paper explores the development of school-based curriculum called cloud computing assisted instruction .with the background of the project, this study is to complete the following achievement:First, According to widely collecting and carefully reading the domestic about cloud computing, this study generalizes the situation about cloud computing, and research the using of information technology course in shanghai, with observations, interviews, surveys. then, make more specific recommendations for Xinsong secondary school.Secondly, with educational theory such as "constructivism", "Marzano Taxonomy of Educational Objectives," "collaborative learning theory", this study builds personalized information environment and develop information technology textbook for secondary school, which cultivate thinking skills and collective IntelligenceThird, through experiential training, teachers and students grasp methods, and technology based on cloud computing-assisted instruction. In this paper, it is discussed to design teaching program and activities.Fourth, Analysis and reflection. student's learning, detailed analysis of interviews of students and teachers have been analyzed ,which conducted the problems encountered in the implementation of school-based textbook, and proposes constructive solutions .Finally, the study summed up the necessity of t information technology based on cloud-computing in secondary schools, and collected experience of supporting the learning of other subjects.
