On the basis of the comprehensive development of sunshine sports,the Beijing Municipal Government and the Education Commission in 2014 put forward the idea of making use of the forces of colleges,universities and society to develop the sports and aesthetic education in primary schools.The purpose is to give full play to Beijing's deep university education resources to improve the aesthetics and aesthetic awareness of primary school students,and to enhance the physical quality of primary school students,and then help primary school students master one or two basic sports skills.But at the same time,this is bound to be higher and higher requirements for the coaching capacity of the future PE teachers.And physical education institutions in the capital,as the training mother of sports teachers,will be more responsible for the development of more excellent physical education teachers in the future.Teaching ability,as an important measure for the evaluation of physical education teachers,is also the new training beacon for the sports colleges and universities in capital to improve the cultivation of the college students' teaching ability in new times.Therefore,it is of great importance to study the cultivation for the teaching ability of college students in the Capital Institute of Physical Education.Based on this,this article made a study for the performance of the college students of the Capital Institute of Physical Education who participated in the physical education of the six primary schools,that is,Dongcheng District Anwaisantiao Primary School,Hepingli No.1 Primary School,Tiyuguan Road Primary School,Yu Taoyuan School of Beijing Second Experimental Primary School,China-Cuba Friendship Primary School,Haidian District Ethnic Primary School.Taking the teaching ability of the college students who participated in the project of “Colleges come into Primary Schools” as the study object,the article adopts the research methods of literature research,questionnaire,expert interviews and mathematical statistics etc.to analyze the self-evaluation for the teaching ability of these students and the current situation of college students' teaching ability in the Capital Institute of Physical Education,thus drawing a conclusion for providing reference for the cultivation of PE teachers in the future.The study draws the following conclusions:1.The overall status of the evaluation for the students' coaching ability in Capital Institute of Physical Education who participated in the project of “Colleges come into Primary Schools” as part-time teachers is "great”,among which the teaching and managing ability can be relatively higher as "great +",while the ability of coordinating interpersonal relationship,self-improvement and innovation as "great",but the evaluation for the scientific research capacity is "ordinary",which is relatively poor compared to other capacity.2.The performance for the teaching ability of the students in Capital Institute of Physical Education who took part in the project of “Colleges come into Primary Schools” as part-time teachers is quite good.The relationship between teaching experiences and teaching experience is positively related.The longer the teaching experiences,the higher the teacher's teaching experience.And the relationship between teacher's innovation ability and teaching experiences is also a positive correlation.The longer the teaching experiences,the stronger the teacher's ability to innovate.3.The students in Capital Institute of Physical Education who took part in the project of“Colleges come into Primary Schools” as part-time teachers didn't attach enough attention to coordinate the interpersonal relationship.Some of them thought that the main task for teachers was teaching,which led to their little communication with each other.4.There are more than 70% of the students in Capital Institute of Physical Education who participated in the project of “Colleges come into Primary Schools” as part-time teachers hoping to take part in teacher training or enter colleges to learn further.And also some of them learn in the ways of exchanging with other teachers or reading books by themselves.5.There is sexual differences between the students in Capital Institute of Physical Education who took part in the project of “Colleges come into Primary Schools” as part-time teachers.The managing ability of the man part-time teachers is better than that of the woman ones.6.The scientific research ability of the students in Capital Institute of Physical Education who took part in the project of “Colleges come into Primary Schools” as part-time teachers is very poor.Though they are relatively good in general,the purpose of their scientific research writing is very strong,so the quality of scientific research is not very high.
