In the era of knowledge economy, education displays the more and more outstanding effect in the process of economic and social development. Being confronted with a series of challenge, traditional educational ways have become increasingly unsuited to the needs of social development. The fundamental way of education is reform, and its necessary way is informationization of education.DY Middle School is a key school in Beijing. But its original education and teaching management model is old, backward and inefficient. It wastes not only time but also valuable resources. So reform is necessary and it must depend on the Information Technology. At the same time, the Information Technology asks the school for new request. So the school does the Process Reengineering and Comprehensive Reform. It uses Primary and Secondary Information Management System. It handles official business and shares excellent education resources with Campus Network. It also designs student evaluating teaching software. It has made significant achievement in the above areas.Through the analysis of the original management of DY Middle School and the Process Reengineering, this article reflects and examines the whole process of teaching management. Ant it explores the new management model based on the informationization so that it can improve the level of middle school education and teaching management and promote the informationization of education and teaching.
