The improvement of the effectiveness of the key teachers' training from the rural primary and secondary schools has great meanings to the development of the rural education and the rural teachers'professional abilities. Education narratives are the speech products or the deeds process of a series of educational events that is happening or has happened, which use the narrative and descriptive expressions in the particular educational and cultural context. It has such characteristics:reflective, personally experienced, constructive, subjective, with feedbacks, deep descriptive. It has great meaning to the improvement of the effectiveness of the key teachers'training from the rural primary and secondary schools. This study tries to analysis the basic principles and tactics about the use of the education narratives in the training of the key teachers of the rural primary and secondary schools at the two aspects of theory and practice and according to the conditions of the training of the key teachers of the rural primary and secondary schools in the Jining area, ShanDong province.The paper consists of four parts.Part one:Introduction. This part introduces the reason for selecting the topic, the aims and meanings of the study, and the concluding of the research of the education narratives and the training of the key teachers from the rural primary and secondary schools, and the central concepts of the study and the research methodology.Part two:The internal mechanism of the use of the education narratives in the training of the key teachers of the rural primary and secondary schools. Briefly introduce the definition and characteristics of the education narratives, the rationality of its application in the training of the key teachers from the rural primary and secondary schools. And then the author sets forth the rationality briefly at the two aspects of education narratives and the training.Part three:The practical bases of the use of the education narratives in the training of the key teachers of the rural primary and secondary schools. The author tries to find the problems of the application by the analysis of the materials of the interview and the survey.Part four:The specifications and requirements of the use of the education narratives in the training of the key teachers of the rural primary and secondary schools.
