The development of education decides the flourish of the country and teachersdecide the development of education.The training for the key primaryteachers is veryimportantfor improving the quality of education and the development of the teachers' professional development.Nowadays,moreattention are paid to the training for the key primaryteachers in china.Some achievements have been made,at the same time,the lack of training effectiveness is becoming increasingly prominent.Taking X Training Center Y Training Class for example,the author is trying to carry out a follow-up survey for the key primaryteachers of the Y Training Class.At the same time,this study takes the Four-level Training Evaluation Theory of Donald.L.Kirkpatrick who is the professor at the University of Wisconsin in Americanas the foundation.In this research,there are four levels tostudythe effectiveness of the teacher training,that is: the reaction level,the learning level,the behavior level and the result level.The research findings show that the teacher training for the key primary teachers of Y class has achieved remarkable results.That is,the teachers have strong will to participate in this teacher training,and they have obtained certain learning harvest,and they are willing to apply what they have learned in this training to practice,and the professional ability of the key primary teachers in Y class has improved a lot.At the same time,there are still some defects in theeffectiveness ofthekey primary teachers of Y class.That is,they are not enough satisfied with this key primary teachers training,and the understanding of training harvest of them is inadequate,and they are trouble with many problems when they try to apply what they have learned,and the change of the sustainability of teaching effect is insufficient ?simple and inconspicuous.The main factors that contribute tothe lack of effectiveness of the training for the key primary teachers in Y class are many.Firstly,from the level of key primary teachers themselves,there is a shortage of self-knowledge and active learning.Secondly,from the level of the management of key primary teachers,there is no investigation about the needs of the key primary teachers.And the selection of the training object is unreasonable,neglecting key primary teachers' selfreflection.Thirdly,from the level of the support of the primary schools,they cannot provide enough support and create favorable conditions for the key primary teachers using what they have learned,and the material support is also not enough.The measures to promote the effectiveness of the teacher training for the key primary teachers are many.Firstly,to strengthen the propaganda guidance and enhance self-awareness of the key primary teachers is important.Secondly,adhering to the teacher-centered principle andto make the key primary teacher trainingmore practical and targetedis very necessary,including perfecting the participation selection mechanism,to doa solid analysis of the training needs,to choose the right methods for the training.Finally,the guarantee mechanism of the key teachers training needs to be perfect,including improving the incentive mechanism,increasing the investment on high quality education resources and cost,insuringeffective and a long time and development for the training of the key primary teachersand trying to create good conditions and good atmosphere for the key primary teachers to usewhat they have learned.
